16 September 2006 - HBON Subscription Closure
Dear HBON member,
For some time now HBON membership has been dwindling and with it the vital membership input that makes this an Owners Network rather than just a club. Despite the best efforts of the HBON team and a small core of key members it's reached a point where we have to make decisions about HBON.
Since its birth in 1998 we have been successful at sharing our experiences, modifications, and had some real fun meetings throughout the UK. For the people who have taken part and organised these events we will always be grateful. We also appreciate the contributions for the newsletters.
It is with great sadness that Jolyon, Al and Kevin have decided to close subscriptions, stop the production of the newsletter, and will no longer be organising any events. This was effective as from 1st September 2006.
For any payments made within the last six months a refund will be made. Any funds left will be paid to the RIDERS FOR HEALTH charity to help with their work in Africa.
The website will continue as a portal for information for Bros / Hawk related subjects.
